3D view and Part List generation issues (preventing share link and Salesforce Sync from working)

Investigating - Multiple users are reporting issues displaying the 3D and part list views in CAD. If CAD cannot display the 3D view, it also cannot generate the 3D snapshots required for the Share Link and Salesforce Upload/Sync. The CC CAD Team is investigating the cause and will work with the developer on a resolution, once the issue has been identified. Users report that restarting their PC will sometimes resolve the issue.

Identified - A number of users are experiencing additional requests for MFA in Salesforce today when attempting to log in with SSO as usual.
We are exploring options to improve our Active Directory SSO so that these additional MFA steps are not required. In the meantime, if you need assistance setting up a Passkey, please refer to the below guide.
