Investigating

Multiple users are reporting issues displaying the 3D and part list views in CAD. If CAD cannot display the 3D view, it also cannot generate the 3D snapshots required for the Share Link and Salesforce Upload/Sync. The CC CAD Team is investigating the cause and will work with the developer on a resolution, once the issue has been identified. Users report that restarting their PC will sometimes resolve the issue.
