We are currently experiencing a temporary increase in spam email activity that may include phishing links or malicious attachments. You may notice a higher-than-normal volume of unsolicited or repetitive emails in your inbox.

Please remain vigilant and take the following precautions: • Do not click on suspicious links or download unexpected attachments. • Be cautious of emails requesting login credentials, MFA approvals, or sensitive information. • Do not accept Teams calls or remote session requests from unknown or external users. • Only Connection should be contacting you for IT support. • If you are unsure, hang up and call back Connection directly at 844-453-1216 to verify. • If you believe you may have clicked a malicious link or engaged with a suspicious caller, contact IT right away.
